Leaving corporate careers behind them, Vantage Relocation was established in 2002 when Caroline Bramley and Peter Watson joined forces. Initially set up as a boutique agency, providing property search, acquisition and moving services for private home buyers, predominantly in Central and West London, the business reputation grew rapidly and not long after, the business secured its first corporate client.
By bringing their vision, extensive experience and complimentary skill sets together, Peter & Caroline seized the opportunity to start a different sort of relocation and property finder company. A company that understands the businesses and individuals they work with. A company that delivers fast response times and customer service levels that larger companies can only dream of.
A company that truly understands property, a company that truly understands people and a company that treats every client with the utmost care and attention at all times. Under their joint leadership, Vantage has gone on to work with hundreds of individuals and companies of all sizes, across the globe.
Organic growth firmly established our presence in London and the Home Counties, and further growth saw us expand into Yorkshire, opening our office there in 2007. With our Board of Directors all originating from both London and Yorkshire, it was only natural that we decided to establish the business in our ‘home’ locations, where generations of knowledge and contacts exist to this day, helping to ensure that when we say “we know our markets”, we really do “know our markets”. All of which ensures that you are putting your property finding requirements in the right hands.
From both our London and Yorkshire offices, we work closely with estate agents, property developers and our wider range of industry and private contacts, in order to represent the best interests of our private and corporate buyers and tenants. Vantage is a successful, established and respected industry operator and member of the UK’s Association of Relocation Professionals (ARP) and the European Relocation Association (EURA).
Born and raised in Yorkshire, Caroline’s family ran a property development and management business which is where her love of all things property related began.
After completing her degree at university in the UK, Caroline studied at business school in France and lived in Paris. Initially working in the corporate sector, for a multi-national company, her early career took her to London and saw her relocating to the USA to live and work in New York. This experience of moving abroad for work and then in turn relocating back to the UK gave her an invaluable and personal insight into the process of relocating and the multitude of elements that need to be considered, coordinated and managed.
Alongside her career, Caroline also began to buy, develop and sell properties in London and Yorkshire, establishing a network of contacts and know-how that would prove to be invaluable.
Whilst working for a multi-national company and travelling all over the world was exciting, Caroline always felt she needed to work for herself and was keen to set up her own business. A conversation one day with her fellow Director Peter Watson was where the story began.
With a strong track record of success in the property, relocation and HR industries, over a period of 32 years, Peter brings a perfect blend of people and property skills to his role as an Owner/Director of Vantage Property Finders. Born and raised in Twickenham, South West London, Peter’s father ran a property construction business, which is where, in his teenage years, his interest in property was sparked.
After further education, he spent 5 years working in a management role for a large independent property development company based in West London. Peter went on to spend 10 years working for large private & FTSE 100 companies in senior management roles in the retail sector, whilst at the same time becoming a fully qualified HR Practitioner and a full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. This time saw him managing large scale recruitment programmes and being responsible for the accompanying relocation of hundreds of employees throughout the UK. Working for progressive growing companies, Peter also spent much of his time finding new sites for development, throughout the UK, developing his property search skill set.
During his time working in the corporate sector, Peter worked throughout the UK and became very well acquainted with the challenges that employees faced when relocating from one location to another. Initially partnering with smaller boutique style agencies to deliver the relocation services required, Peter went on to witness a sharp decline in service levels when these companies were acquired by much larger relocation companies. This was Peter’s lightbulb moment.
He realised that whilst those companies were getting bigger, they were, in turn, delivering a poorer service. Peter was convinced that there remained a place in the industry for smaller, boutique style agencies to thrive. Vantage Property Finders was born!

We collaborate with our clients, agents and other property stakeholders throughout the life of a search project. Using our extensive networks and many years of experience, we work diligently with our clients to understand their wishes and then deliver them a successful outcome.

We will conduct a thorough and exhaustive search of the market place, utilising all our appropriate contacts. We regularly identify properties that are not on the open market.
We will save you time. We can preview properties on your behalf and provide a report/feedback on individual properties and vendor status. This will prevent you wasting time traveling to view properties that are unsuitable.
We never forget that you are our client and that we are representing your best interests. Vendors and agents are looking to sell their properties and we negotiate to ensure that our clients secure the best properties at the best prices and terms possible.
Our job is not over when an offer is accepted. By monitoring the sale process, this is where we take even more of the burden from you. We chase surveyors, conveyancers and any other parties involved, to ensure that matters are being processed in a timely manner, pushing and directing the sale to a successful completion.
